Located in Louisville, Kentucky, Deltech Manufacturing has a complete CNC Machine Shop
capable of milling and turning almost any kind of work that is necessary. Whether you have
a prototype, small run or production
run of parts, we have the capabilities to manufacture your parts with excellent quality,
at a reasonable price, and on time. We have the latest Cad-Cam equipment to ensure that
your parts are produced to print in a timely manner. All parts are processed through our
quality system to produce parts that meet our customer's expectations. Prior to
running parts in our shop, planning is done to make sure parts are run in an efficient and
cost effective manner. Material is ordered per print and when it arrives, is checked to be
sure that it meets part specifications. If required, material certifications are obtained
and kept with the job packet. Requirements are determined for inspection audits and sheets
are filled out as the job is run.
Utilizing the inspection equipment in our quality department, sample parts are checked
before each run and monitored during the production run. After completion of the job,
quality inspectors check parts for a final time before shipment to the customer. All
necessary quality documents are sent to the customer and kept on file in our QA department.
Deltech has CNC
mills and lathes and can produce parts within .0001" tolerance and 20 Rma finish. We
can work on the smallest of parts up to large mill work. Our engineering staff has the
capability to work with our customers to develop a control plan to ensure that parts are
produced in a cost effective, timely manner and with the quality that they require.
