Manufacturing has plastic injection molding capabilities up to 150 tons and 12 oz. shot of
thermoplastics. Most parts that we run are
captive products such as our pole cap line
for lighting pole manufacturers, conveyor components and plugs, caps and stops for our
free weight equipment. Deltech produces excellent quality parts at reasonable prices,
meeting our customer's delivery needs.
Expectations
of our customers are foremost in our minds as new projects are introduced and scheduled
into the shop. Our engineering department works hand in hand with our Quality Assurance to
ensure
prototype and first piece parts comply with all design criteria. All
tooling, from molds to assembly fixtures are designed and built with customer input and
approval.
Material
specifications and certifications are obtained and kept with job packets and are forwarded
to customers upon request. Requirements are determined for inspection audit sheets and are
completed for each job. Our main focus is customer satisfaction.
