Deltech Manufacturing Inc.
was founded in September 1984 to service the need for tools, molds and dies used by local
manufacturing companies. The corporation founders, Glenn Hillis and Mike Ferriell, built
the firm's reputation on the premise of personal service, a quality product, timely
delivery, and a staff of well-qualified personnel. As of August 1992, Glenn Hillis
purchased sole ownership of Deltech Manufacturing with the desire to continue the high
standards under which Deltech has always operated.
In June 1991, Deltech Manufacturing Inc.
merged with Delron Enterprises, which added the capability of plastic injection molding.
This addition affords Deltech a wide range of applications. The company is proficient in
general machining processes, precision tooling, fixture production, CNC machining and
services, along with injection molding.
Deltech Manufacturing is in a unique
position, different from both small "job shops" and extremely large
manufacturing companies. Unlike larger companies, this firm is still small enough to
maintain exemplary service, flexibility, and the personal touch - the ideas it was built
upon. However, due to progressive thinking, management and employee teams we are able to
provide a degree of service that most small shops are unable to match. Extensive
equipment, continuous training programs for personnel, and high quality standards, enable
this company to equal or exceed the products of much larger firms. This has allowed the
company to enter both the high-volume and small-volume production fields of machining,
metal stamping, and injection molding. The company services automotive, appliance,
conveyor, and lighting industries.
With Louisville’s central location,
Deltech serves businesses as far west as California, as far south as Florida, as far north
as Michigan, and as far east as New York. As a growing manufacturer, Deltech holds each
