Presses range in tonnage
from 60 to 150. We specialize in small to medium size production runs, with the
capabilities to run large volume jobs. We have experience with many different types of
materials, from steel to aluminum and many types of coated materials. We can manufacture
your parts with excellent quality, at a reasonable price, and on time. All parts are
processed through our quality system to produce parts that meet or exceed our customer
expectations.
Prior to
running parts in our shop, planning is done by our Quality team to ensure that parts are
run in an efficient and cost effective manner. Material is ordered per print and when
it arrives, is checked to ensure that it meets part specifications. If required, material
certifications are obtained and kept with the job packet. Requirements are determined for
inspection audit sheets and are maintained as the job is run.
Utilizing the
inspection equipment in our Quality Department, sample parts are checked before each run
and monitored until completion of job. At that time, our quality team makes a final inspection
before shipment to the customer. All necessary documents are sent to the customer and kept
on file in our Quality Department. On large production runs, the process is controlled by
the use of SPC. As you can see, we have capabilities to run many different types of press
